Who took all the mugs? Who didn’t finish drinking their coffee & left it in their bedroom for days? The answer, almost always, is me.

decay-2To keep a bouquet of flowers much longer than is reasonable or pleasing. It is a practice in something. Perhaps in realism. Perhaps in accepting decay. Death as part of life (very Mexican?). Perhaps a reflection on one’s tendency to hoard; to hold on for far too long.
